Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a factory founded in Shenzhen in 2006 with four independent R&D centers and production lines, no middlemen.
Q: Do you have export experience?
A: Over 15 years of export experience. Our products are sold to more than 20 countries worldwide with complete documentation.
Q: What types of antennas do you produce?
A: Full-range self-production: fiberglass antennas, magnetic mount antennas, rubber rod antennas, built-in FPC, ceramic antennas, high-precision GNSS & RTK antennas.
Q: Can antennas be customized?
A: Customization on frequency bands, structures, cables, connectors and multi-band combination is supported. Dedicated engineers provide one-on-one solution support.
Q: Can connectors and cables be changed?
A: SMA/IPEX/TNC/BNC are available. Cable length and cable types can be customized.
Q: Can you manufacture 4G/5G/GPS/Beidou multi-band combined antennas?
A: We specialize in multi-band composite antennas for IoT, vehicle equipment and cabinet devices.
Q: Are the antenna parameters authentic? Can you provide test reports?
A: All products are fully tested with authentic parameters. Factory test reports are available.
Q: What certifications do your products have?
A: All products comply with RoHS. We can provide supporting documents for CE, FCC and customer’s whole-device certification.
Q: What is the waterproof rating of outdoor antennas?
A: Fiberglass antennas reach IP67, featuring waterproof, lightning protection, corrosion resistance and wide temperature adaptability.
Q: How strong is your R&D capability?
A: We operate four R&D centers in Shenzhen, Tianjin, Xi’an and Hangzhou, holding more than 55 national invention patents.
Q: Can you assist with signal debugging for our complete equipment?
A: Professional RF engineers are available to cooperate on hardware matching and signal optimization.
Q: How to choose between omnidirectional and directional antennas?
A: We recommend suitable antenna models for free according to your application scenarios to reduce debugging costs.
Q: What should we do if the signal is poor after installation?
A: We provide free technical troubleshooting to optimize installation position, wiring and matching solutions.
Q: Will customized drawings be kept confidential?
A: An NDA confidentiality agreement can be signed. Customer exclusive solutions will never be supplied to competitors.
Q: Are samples free of charge? Can sample fees be deducted?
A: Charges apply for customized samples, which can be deducted from bulk orders. Standard samples can be provided free upon request.
Q: What is your production capacity? Can you handle large orders?
A: Monthly output exceeds 10 million units with sufficient capacity to fulfill mass orders steadily.
Q: What is the MOQ? Can you accept small trial orders?
A: No MOQ for stock items. Small-batch trial production is available for customized products.
Q: Can we get better prices for large orders?
A: Volume-based tiered pricing is offered. Long-term partners can enjoy stable annual preferential prices.
Q: What payment terms are available?
A: Deposit required for new customers. Credit terms and monthly settlement can be negotiated for long-term stable partners.
Q: How long is the warranty? How do you handle defective goods?
A: 12-month warranty. We provide free replacement and supplementary materials for quality defects together with full technical support.
